Mag-Ox 400™ Packs More Punch Per Pill
New Formulation Increases Product Efficiency and Improves Product Value for Consumers

Blaine Pharmaceuticals, an over-the-counter pharmaceutical distributor, today announced that it has re-formulated its flagship product, the #1 doctor-recommended Blaine Mag-Ox 400™, to make its dissolvability even more efficient. With this new formulation, now 99% of Mag-Ox 400 dissolves and is fully available for absorption into the body.

For consumers, this greater dissolvability translates into greater value, since more magnesium will be absorbed with every dose. "Mag-Ox 400 has provided a pharmaceutical grade dissolution difference, delivering a quality of pharmaceutical product compared to its generic counterparts," said Rich Razgaitis, President, Blaine Pharmaceuticals. "This means that compared to many other generic magnesium products, consumers who take our product can be even more assured that they're getting the right amount of magnesium in a pharmaceutical-grade supplement."

In fact, says Razgaitis, typically only 38% - 48% of the magnesium found in generic supplements dissolves, therefore, only a fraction of the magnesium can be absorbed by the human body, meaning that consumers need to take twice as many of the generic pills to get the same amount of magnesium now provided by Mag-Ox 400. "In this era where pharmaceutical drug prices continue to rise, Blaine is proud to enable our customers to get even more for their money."

To create the new formulation, Blaine partnered with Austin (Texas)-based pharmaceutical company PharmaForm and has a patent pending on the new formulation.

Available in 60- and 120-count packages, Mag-Ox 400 can be found on the shelves of many fine pharmacies, including Albertsons, CVS, Brooks, and Snyders Drug Stores.
